It emphasizes enhancing friendship, managing conflicts, and supporting each other's dreams and hopes. We’ll work together in developing lasting skills that you can carry into every stage of your relationship. Gottman Method also gives couples the skills to successfully heal and strengthen after an affair(s) or breach of trust.

I have 11 years of experience providing couples counseling.
